1. Cancellation penalties depend on hotel policies. An administration charge (defined on the booking form) applies to all booking changes and cancellations.

Penalties for cancellations are at the discretion of individual hotels. All changes, including cancellations, will attract an administration charge (as shown on the booking sheet).

2. Bookaroom sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory. Bookaroom does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-booking the hotel's own room inventory. Accommodation from Bookaroom is sold according to information provided by individual hotels. The Bookaroom system ensures that once a room is sold it is deleted from sale on our site. We accept no responsibility for room unavailability through hotel management overbooking rooms.

3. You will be required to provide a credit card at hotel check-in to cover incidental charges and will be required to provide photo ID.

Hotels using Bookaroom will request photo I.D at check-in, plus a credit card to cover incidental charges.

4. Bookaroom makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on the hotels website is accurate. However, Bookaroom cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.

Hotel website links to Bookaroom remain the responsibility of individual hotels. Bookaroom cannot guarantee their ongoing accuracy.

5. Bookaroom makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.

Bookaroom is an advertising and booking system. We make no guarantees about the suitability or accuracy of advertised products.

6. Bookaroom does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
