We are located just off the beginning of the North bound M3, just around the corner from Bunnings and JB HIFI and across the road from the Guide Dogs. The motel is situated on the edge of the Bald Hills Flats. The property is low set brick, currently hosting 6 rooms soon to be 9. There is off street parking available. We offer 100 channels from our Premium Foxtel package in all rooms.Travelling north from the city, the last intersection with lights you come to is Beams Road. Go through this intersection....make sure you are in the far left lane.....after you have passed the Caltex servo you will drive straight at the fork where the highway veers to the right. You will go through 3 sets of lights and the motel will appear on your right. Turn right and park in front of the motel. Travelling south from the Sunshine Coast, take the Linkfield Road exit. Keep turning left and you will go back over the Highway. As you approach the set of lights in front of you get into the right lane as you will be turning right at the lights. After you have turned right you will see the motel on your right. Turn right into the street and park in front of the motel.Children under the age of 5 we do not charge...Primary and High School children carry a charge of $10 per child. Anyone else carries a charge of $15 per person. A maximum of 4 people are allowed in each room.Car parking is available in front of your room for one car. All other vehicles must park across the road. There is ample room for trucks , buses and larger vehicles to park across from the motel.Minimal printing and copying available at a charge. JP services available.Upon request, we can supply an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a portacot. Softdrinks, water, and a small selection of confectioneries are are available for purchase from the office. We also have JP services available for your convenience.
